Watch out! Brightness! Осторожно, слишком ярко!

Attention! Approach with caution! Today, I compensate for this miserable weather with bright colours! A little too bright – but I like it! Very joyful! They are Gnomes – Santa's helpers. I've made the first one in a couple hours. And had a strong desire to make another one right away. Next day there were three! So I'm thinking – should I stop, or continue to make some more?

Внимание, смотреть с осторожностью! У меня сегодня компенсация мерзкой погоды цветотерапией! Ух и ярко получилось! Но мне нравится! Оччень жизнерадостно! Помошники Санты, они же Гномы. Сшила одного, за пару часов, и аж руки затряслись, до того захотелось еще сшить. На следующий день их было уже три! Вот думаю, еще что ли сшить, или хватит?

There's an old Russian saying that pretty much translates to “Prepare your sleds in the winter”, of course it doesnt sound the same in English, but the meaning behind it is in full effect this tilda season. And there I was, on a sunny August mid-afternoon, coming up with ways to create a Santa. And the reindeer of course. Work with felt in an airconditioned house is smooth sailing. So the Santa himself was created in one night, the outfit followed the next day, the reindeer came in third. And all of this was put on the shelf until October. And today, on this cool, windy, gloomy afternoon, I had myself a little Christmas on the kitchen table, what a treat! A few more Santas and the trusty reindeers are already in the making.

Вот и я, в середине августа, в теплый солнечный день решила — надо шить Санту. И оленя тоже. Работать с фетром в доме с кондиционером одно удовольствие. Так за один вечер был сшит сам Санта, на следующий — костюм. Третий вечер — Олень. И на полку до октября. И сегодня в пасмурный, ветренный и холодный день было так приятно сдеталь небольшой праздник на кухонном столе. Теперь в планах сшить еще парочку оленей и Сант.
